I grew up in Korea and Singapore, and have inadvertently spent my entire adult life in sunny California. When I moved here for college as a bright eyed bushy tailed 18 year old, I had no idea that this is where I would ultimately settle down.
I enjoy the quiet suburban life, with my husband Paul and ginger cat Hodu. My family and I look forward to Friday evenings with Thai food and cold beers. We enjoy tropical, laid back destinations - our favorites are Hawaii and Cabo. Occasionally I indulge in a solo trip - a recent favorite has been a full week in Mexico City, with lots of esquite and al pastor tacos.
Personality-wise, I thrive on variety - my perfect week involves something different every day. Combine that with being an empath, you get a photographer who’s both adaptable and emotionally tuned in. I bring a steady presence that can sense when you need a quiet moment to breathe, or get you excited for sunset photos with champagne in hand. I'll be right there catching all those fleeting moments - both the planned events and the unexpected, in-between moments.
My heart is fueled by the nostalgia of cool summer evenings, impromptu drive-thru trips for midnight milkshakes, and the warmth after a dip in the pool.
