Once you sign your contract and pay the retainer, the date is yours and we can start planning together! You'll receive vendor recommendations curated to your wedding vision. We'll start planning your engagement session. You will also receive a wedding timeline guide to start thinking about the moments and scenes where you want to dedicate more time in your wedding day.
We'll design your session together, from personalized location recs to a gallery expertly curated for your love story. You'll receive guidance from me that will feel natural and comfortable. My goal is to have your session become a core memory in and of itself.

ENGAGEMENT
SESSION
8 weeks out from your wedding, we'll review your final timeline with your planner. From personal details and guest experiences, to the special moments you're looking forward to the most. This way we're completely aligned on your priorities ahead of your big day.

TIMELINE REVIEW
Your wedding day is finally here, and I can't wait for you to soak up every moment. It'll fly by in a blur, so leave the details to me and my team. I'll be by your side capturing your memories - all of the bear hugs, knowing looks, and fleeting moments you never want to forget.

DAY
You'll receive sneak peeks within a week! (Tip: I recommend scheduling a date night to look back on your day and soak up your mini gallery!). Then, within 8 weeks you'll receive your full gallery, which I hope you will return to many times over the years.

I believe the most heartfelt images come from presence and trust, and that preparation starts from our first conversation. From the discovery call to the final timeline, I ask intentional questions to understand what will hold the most meaning for you. I'll seamlessly switch between hands-on direction for posed formals and documentary style for the in-between moments—positioning you in beautiful light, then stepping back to capture the transitions that show how you felt, not just how you looked.
Yes. I would be so honored to travel to your wedding! Travel fees will simply be evaluated at the time of the consultation call then added to your package. I will reserve my travel and accommodations 3 months prior to the wedding.
Wedding collections begin at $6800 for full-day coverage. Each proposal is tailored to your specific needs.
You can expect your wedding gallery within 8 weeks from your wedding date. In addition, you will also receive sneak peeks within one week to share the highlights with your loved ones.
To get started,
1. Begin by submitting an inquiry here.
2. I will respond confirming availability, and will share my client guide and a link to book a consultation call.
3. We'll hop on the call. We will get to know each other, and I will walk you through the entire sustudio photography experience.
4. You will receive a contract to review and sign, along with an invoice for the retainer. Once those items are complete, we're set!
About two months before your wedding day, we'll hop on a timeline planning call—think of it as our "dry run" where we walk through every moment of your day together. I'll hear what you're most excited about and ensure we're aligned on the milestone events that matter most to you. Most importantly, we'll make sure there's plenty of breathing room in your timeline so you can actually enjoy and be present for your celebration, not just rush through it.
I recommend reaching out 1-1.5 years in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates (May - October)! I intentionally book a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives premium, personalized service. Occasionally there is last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is closer.
