Hansuh and Daniel's wedding in the heart of Silicon Valley was the epitome of intimate celebrations, filled with personal touches that truly reflected their journey as a couple.
The morning began with Hansuh and Daniel getting ready with their parents, at Grace Presbyterian Church. Before the first look, Daniel showed me a jar of bible verses that he had written down for Hansuh as a surprise wedding gift, which I thought was just the absolute sweetest! The perfect gift to follow an emotional and sweet first look outside their church.
The ceremony, attended by just 25 guests, created an atmosphere of closeness and community. For their reception, the newlyweds chose Vesta, a charming pizza restaurant in downtown Redwood City — one of Hansuh’s favorite restaurants in the area. The cozy patio area perfectly complemented their curated wedding style.
Halfway through the lunch reception, the bride & groom and I snuck away from their reception for couple photos, resulting in some of my favorite images of the day, amidst the bustle of downtown Redwood City.
Celebrations don't need to be grand to be meaningful. Rich in personal significance, Hansuh and Daniel's day embodied true intimacy and closeness of community. I’m honored they chose me to be their photographer to capture these moments for them. Congratulations, Hansuh and Daniel!
