David and Hyein’s Downtown San Francisco Wedding
What a magical evening in downtown San Francisco! The way Hyein and David look at each other just radiates joy - the kind that makes everyone around them feel a bit lighter, a bit happier. Their celebration perfectly balanced the hotel's grand European architecture with their own modern romance, brought to life through soft pastel florals and feminine, elegant touches (those Dior shoes, though!).
Engagement photos at Crissy Field, San Francisco
When Kim first reached out, she mentioned that she loved how my photos captured the essence of the moment, in a romantic, dreamy way. I kept this in mind as we explored the west part of Crissy Field in the haze of the golden hour light. It was so easy to photograph these two — whether it was a simple prompt like “walk towards me holding hands” or a pose holding each other’s hands in front of the Golden Gate Bridge, they made every moment their own.

What better way to kick off 2024 wedding season with a classic San Francisco courthouse wedding with only your closest loved ones?

Maternity & family photos at Crissy Field, San Francisco
Dahee was eager to book a maternity/family photoshoot for her second baby. We chose to met at Crissy Field in the Presidio in San Francisco, as this location holds a lot of meaning for Dahee’s family. The splendid backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge also makes for an iconic background; after all, this baby is very much made in San Francisco.

Marshall’s Beach Engagement Photos, San Francisco - Angela & Alex

Anji and Sherwin, Maternity Photos around San Francisco
The kind of maternity photoshoot that every photographer dreams about. Anji reached out wanting to take photos to commemorate their life in their home and neighborhood in San Francisco, before the arrival of their first child. Perhaps my most urban shoot to date, and I’d love to do many, many more of these.
Solnim and Josh’s San Francisco Wedding
Solnim and Josh's wedding was a delightful blend of tradition and intimacy, starting with an afternoon ceremony at San Francisco City Hall. Atop the Mayor’s Balcony on the second floor, the couple, surrounded by their closest family and friends, exchanged vows they had written for one another.
Joan & Justin - San Francisco Engagement Photoshoot
As soon as Joan reached out, I knew that this was going to be an exciting, creative collaboration. She was hoping to combine her Korean heritage and Western upbringing. Joan and Justin wore their western Wedding attire — the classic white dress and suit combination — at the San Francisco Legion of Honor. We then got them changed into their Hanbook (Korean traditional clothes) and they had the whole set! The hat, the shoes - everything. It’s like they walked out of a K-drama.
Jenny and Randy - San Francisco City Hall Civil Ceremony
Jenny and Randy did a civil ceremony at the San Francisco City Hall ahead of their larger wedding. They invited just their family to celebrate together. Here are some photos of their ceremony, couple photos, and family group photos around the gorgeous City Hall building.
